Worth a look! We had a great guide (Robbie), who provided an amusing and interesting commentary. The Crystal cave tour only took half an hour, so was a bit expensive for what it was, but still very enjoyable

Crystal Beauty Crystal Caves were absolutely stunning. Our guide, Tory, was great. He explained everything we were seeing and how it was discovered. Ww couldn't see the Fanrmtasy Caves at that time due to high tide but will definitely go back on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Into the cave It is one of those things on my bucket list whilst in Bermuda. It was worth the journey and guide was knowledgeable. Amazing place to visit.

Cool but due to size not worth the value It’s a cool thing if you have never seen a cave. It’s 30 mins and the guide provided good info, history and answered all the questions. We only had 6 people in the group which was super nice with lots of room, but its a go to bottom walk on catwalk which is very short and narrow hang for a bit and back up. For the price - not so sure it was worth it. Typical tourist thing. I did hear after the fact that they have the best raisin bread fish sandwich around in the cafe but a rainy day for us so we did it. Did not do Fantasy Caves. Recommend reservations during high season or if cruise ships in port. Tip: Watch Cruisemapper.

Worth the steps! Absolutely beautiful!! They give you a little warning upfront about the number of stairs to each cave outside of the ticket office. As someone who has hip and ankle issues, neither cave was as bad as I worried they would be! Each cave is different, I do recommend doing both. We had two great tour guides.

Very interesting cave experience There is an option to do both tours or just either the Fantasy Cave or the Crystal Cave. We only did the Crystal Cave tour. Since we hadn't booked ahead, we didn't want to wait for the Fantasy Cave tour, which only had later time slots available. If you want to see both caves, I definitely recommend booking in advance, especially since some of the more popular time slots fill up with cruise excursion groups. The Crystal Cave was very impressive, with some fascinating geology and beautiful rock formations. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, which made the experience even better. The ticket agent, however, wasn't the friendliest. We visited on a rainy day, which actually worked out well since it's a great indoor activity. That said, many other people had the same idea, so it was fairly busy. Overall work a visit.

Unmatched Natural Wonder This was at the top of our "to do" to do list on our first trip to Bermuda. After a short bus ride, we walked to the admission booth and book both caves (Crystal, Fantasy) for a very reasonable price. We started out with the Fantasy Caves, where we got to experience total darkness for a few moments. The rock formations crystal clear waters were breathtaking and the idea of being far below the surface was pretty amazing. The Crystal Caves offered more of the same as we saw in the Fantasy Caves. Both guides were fun and informative as well as patient with our questions and stairclimbing. Please note that you will have to climb down 80+ narrow steps in each cave to experience the wonder and then back up. There is a little gift shop in site as well as facilities. All in all, a great place to experience once, especially if you love natural wonders.

Beautiful Caves Beautiful caves. I will say that if you are pressed for time, traveling with very young ones, or seniors, you may want to just stick with Crystal Cave. Fantasy is nice too but it has a long stairwell that you also have to climb back up. Crystal does too but there are a couple breaks which makes it easier. All in all they are both nice and worth a visit.

Crystal Cave Tour / Booking Difficulty Toured the Crystal cave, which was very cool. Our guide was experienced and funny. A little pricey but I highly recommend the stop, especially if you are flying into Bermuda, it’s right by the airport. The in person booking process, which we were told was designed to limit crowding, was a little confusing. We were told that some same day ticket sales for tours of both caves were closed during a certain window of the day when we visited, which contradicts the message on the website of “we welcome walk in visitors all day.”
